About the Community:
Located within the Greater Geelong region, Lakeside Lara is a place that’s as surprising as it is beautiful.
Close to wineries, waterfalls, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as everyday essentials like the supermarket and pharmacy, you can enjoy the lifestyle you’ve always wanted while staying connected to everything you need.
This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
- Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
- Respond to incoming calls and emails
- Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
- Deliver exceptional Resident experience through organised events and offerings throughout the community.
- Ability to offer flexibility in tasks to support a ‘One Team’ environment.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated administrative/reception experience
- Demonstrated ability to support a busy manager or team
- Empathetic and respectful approach with a mature age group
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
