About the Role

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and training their team to deliver exemplary service whilst maintaining a high quality of Food and Beverage produced including the efficient and effective operation of the venue. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistently excellent customer experience
  • Deal with customer complaints and escalate to the supervisor if necessary
  • Effective time management skills ensuring all daily responsibilities are completed in a timely manner and utilising spare time proactively
  • Excellent communication skills ensuring that appropriate information is channelled correctly to customers
  • Team management

About You

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role / industry
  • Proven capability to manage multiple staff members and an ability to give constructive feedback when required
  • Demonstrated understanding of budgets and cost control with strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated cooking and food preparation experience
  • Ability to identify problem areas and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues
  • Self-motivated and pro-active team player
  • Current RSA accreditation
