About the Opportunity

We are looking for a performance driven, property focused Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of Ingenia Lifestyle’s National and Local Area marketing strategy. Your core role objective is to drive awareness, consideration and action among our target demographic for your portfolio of communities and nurture leads through to conversion through effective customer experience and database engagement.

 

This opportunity will see you working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, National Digital Team and inhouse designer to drive day-to-day marketing operations and assist in the development of national/regional campaigns along with supporting new releases and launches.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations with guidance from the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Assist with management of each project’s place brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, media and collateral to retain brand integrity
  • Regularly analyse lead traffic, quality, behaviour and trends both at a local and state level to inform marketing strategy and planning
  • Drive cross-functional project overviews monthly to deliver a holistic view of projects across Marketing, Development and Sales
  • Develop engaging and educational database communications, including copywriting, graphic asset creation, building and sending eDMs and reporting
  • Work closely with other Marketing Executives and the wider team to continually evolve our holistic approach to collateral and content
  • Coordinate asset production such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases and general marketing collateral
  • Copywriting for various channels in alignment with the Content Manager
  • Manage community event logistics (i.e Open Homes, Product Reveals)
  • Coordinate regular website content updates with SEO outcomes at top of mind
  • Maintain online property listings
  • Coordinate data for ROI reporting
  • Support our frontline staff with collateral requests from stage release brochures to signage requirements
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to manage the budget for your communities ensuring marketing spend is effective, efficient and accurately reported

 

About you

  • Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, eDM builder, content management systems
  • Effective and efficient use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in retirement living or property industry
  • Experience contributing to delivery of campaigns and events with ambition to manage end-to-end including objectives, ideation, planning, execution and evaluation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experienced at working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Organised, experienced managing multiple tasks concurrently (across varied projects) with competing deadlines
