About the Role
This new role based in our Brisbane office will be responsible for the execution of design and production of visual communications for print and online for all Ingenia portfolios. The Graphic and content designer will work closely with marketing leads to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaigns that align with Ingenia’s brand Identity.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and production of corporate and client collateral, press advertisements, exhibition displays, brand identity development, internal document templates and digital assets for websites, social media assets and eDM communications
- Use software and design tools to create online content, including banner advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, and interactive web content
- Lead creative and media agencies to understand material specifications and briefs are easily rolled out and into market
- Utilise digital editing software to produce static and short video content clips for use in social media advertising campaigns
- Produce innovative and cost-effective printed and digital design solutions that supports each brand/portfolio’s directive
- Ensure branding and style guidelines are followed and up-to-date, and develop and/or evolve where necessary
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, PR, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in an in-house or agency design role with experience working on property or retail products
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
- Ability to edit short video and content for social media
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a rapid-paced environment
- Confident in delegating and leading projects with other designers
