AI Engineer II

Full Time Opportunity

Join our growing Product Engineering team as an AI Engineer II. You’ll design and build real-world GenAI features using foundation models and AI APIs. Working in a cross-functional squad, you’ll focus on maintainable, production-grade systems that deliver real value to customers and stakeholders.


Key Duties

• Develop and maintain systems integrating GenAI into Greenstone products
• Build and consume LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks
• Participate in architecture, testing, code reviews, and DevOps
• Work across teams including Design, Data Science and Product
• Support AI feature reliability, observability, and performance
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 2–5 years’ software engineering (ideally with .NET, Node.js or Python)
• Cloud development experience (AWS preferred) and DevOps knowledge
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and GenAI frameworks
• Comfortable with APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with data engineering and observability tools
• Able to document, communicate, and collaborate with clarity
• Passionate about AI and how it improves products and processes
