Working in our Customer Care team

Working as a part of our Customer Care team, you will be the contact with our existing customers who are considering cancelling their policy or have missed payments.

  • You will work with our existing customers to help them maintain their policies by building rapport, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to help them maintain their policy.
  • You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to our existing customers
  • You will be part of a fun, team-based call centre environment where you get the best of both worlds, enjoying time with your team in the office and time at home
  • You will achieve your individual KPI's and contribute to your teams' targets
  • You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between our core hours 8am - 8pm

Full Time Opportunity 

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support team. Our Customer Support Agents liaise directly with our customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post-sales requests, ensuring every customer interaction is at the heart of everything we do.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to customers in regards to their policies, as well as utilising their effective problem-solving skills. They will also be responsible for processing work items from internal and external customers which deliver positive customer outcomes.
