Senior Graphic Designer - Private Health Insurance - 12 month max term contract

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage one Junior Graphic Designer to deliver the creative requirements to support Doctors’ Health Fund’s marketing strategy.
This role is a maternity leave cover contract for 12 months, starting June 2025.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Producing high-quality print and digital assets for campaigns, events, website, social media, and corporate/compliance documents. This includes (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, EDMs, digital and print advertising, animated and video assets, event designs and merchandise.
- Developing assets from concept through to execution.
- Managing and championing our brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating time management, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
- Managing of the design budget.
- Support the growth and development of the design team.

Skills and experience required:
- Tertiary design qualifications
- Previous experience in an inhouse corporate environment.
- Ideally design experience in financial services or insurance.
- Exceptional knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is mandatory. Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects video/animation editing knowledge is essential. Microsoft Office. Working on a Mac.
- Previous people management experience preferred.
- The ability to adapt to existing brand guidelines for multiple uses.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean and elegant corporate designs.
