About the role:

The Marketing Manager will contribute to and support the development and execution of the digital marketing and campaign strategy to increase brand awareness, drive leads and revenue for Avant Finance.

Key accountability for the role:

  • Working with the General Manage, Marketing to develop campaign strategies and plans to assist in the delivery of commercial and residential growth targets.
  • The development of integrated strategic marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels to support new client acquisition and Avant member penetration.
  • Leading the campaign creative strategy (plan on a page), campaign content development, and briefing of creative campaign concepts to the design team.
  • Working pro-actively with the GM's - Marketing, Residential and Commercial and Senior Manager Sales Operations to monitor campaign performance, lead volumes, and conversion rates to optimise future initiatives. 


Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a similar Marketing Manager role within B2B environments, preferably financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, search, display, webinar, events.
  • Delivery of multi-channel campaigns on time and within budget including agency briefing, assets, spend and measuring success.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance, continuously test and optimise to improve ROI and conversion outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Budget management
  • Proficiency in analysing data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Natural communicator – both verbal and written.
