Strategy Senior Manager

Avant is looking for a Strategy Senior Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time role that based in either Sydney or Melbourne CBD. This role is one of the central points for coordinating Group strategy and business planning.  

The key responsibilities include: 

• Drive the annual business planning process, including liaising with various divisions, and preparing Board documentation. 
• Assist stakeholders in identifying key areas of focus, guided by an assessment of internal and external factors as well as Avant’s strategic objectives. 
• Assist stakeholders in prioritizing strategic initiatives and projects. 
• Facilitate effective strategic conversations that steer the organization and ensure it is on track to achieve its strategic objectives. 
• Prepare for strategy offsite and reviews, including stakeholder consultations, strategic analysis, and documentation of material.  
• Assist in driving Group led strategic projects.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and executing corporate strategy or relevant strategy consulting experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders 
• Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline
• Proven experience in Senior Executive engagement
