About the Role: 

The Relationship Associate, Residential Lending, is a proactive learner, customer-focused and team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships across the business, including the Relationship Directors / Relationship Managers and assisting with the ongoing management of their medical professional clients’ personal lending needs. 

You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of residential, including inputting into systems and work-flow management through to settlement.

Location: The role is based in Sydney


Key accountabilities for this role include:

• Take ownership and actively manage residential loan applications end to end, including workflow management through the credit approval, documentation, and    settlement process.
• Work with autonomy, demonstrating the ability to problem solve and achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, while handling many applications at one time 
• Engage with internal/ external stakeholders at key milestones for loan applications (ie – RD’s, clients, solicitors) 
• Follow business policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements
• Ensure data quality on systems used by the business (eg – Salesforce, MyCRM) 
• Oversee Post Settlement requests for Loan Maintenance, Variations, etc
• Contribute to answering client enquiries received via the 1300 number 
• Attend ongoing Residential Product and Process Training 
• Demonstrate being a Proactive Learner, including continuing to grow Knowledge of Residential Medical Lending 
• Ensure consistent and effective relationships with Relationship Directors / Managers, Clients, Team Leader and other internal and external stakeholders

Skills for success: 

• Degree preferable
• Relevant work experience in processes for residential (NCCP) lending with a Bank or Broking Firm 
• Experience in communication with clients
