The program 

Research allows us to find the right solutions to key issues in our communities by:

• providing facts that will help us to analyse the problem
• testing the feasibility and the impact of programs
• finding better solutions to the challenges

The opportunity

You will have the opportunity to support and contribute towards research projects within the Red Cross and learn from experienced staff and community and industry leaders in thought leadership and policy development.

Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the world’s largest humanitarian network.  

The impact 

Supporting the lead on a project also aims to enhance Red Cross work in emergencies by providing tools for targeted engagement and inclusion, and aims to support the broader emergency management and disaster resilience sectors with tools for increased inclusion for multicultural communities before, during and after emergencies and disasters.

Application requirements

• For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross
• You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV
