About the role
The Facilitator - HRIS Systems Implementation provides training support to build the capability of Red Cross people (including employees and volunteers) in the use of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) – PeopleHub. Particular focus will be the implementation of the Payroll, Time and Attendance, Performance and Succession Planning modules.
As part of the HRIS Implementation Project team, this role will ensure the training strategy is implemented in an effective and efficient manner to enable users to engage confidently with People Hub.
What you will bring
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, create, coordinate, facilitate, deliver, and evaluate training and development activities across multiple priorities
- Sound experience delivering online training for systems implementation – especially in the areas of Payroll and Time and Attendance
- Demonstrated virtual facilitation skills to groups of up to 100 participants
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, contemporary virtual facilitation principles and practices
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders by being approachable, personable, and adaptable to diverse individuals and learning styles
- Ability to proactively take ownership of tasks and identify innovative solutions, demonstrating initiative and leadership without waiting for direction
- Sound understanding of the dynamics of change management within large organisations and ability to effectively support individuals and teams through transition
- Ability to foster collaboration by bringing people together to achieve common goals, ensuring alignment and positive outcomes for all parties involved
- Effective communication skills across a variety of mediums to a wide range of stakeholder and end-user groups

This role is covered by the Social, Community Home Care and Disability Services Award – Level 4. Salary from $85,145.84 (FTE) + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
