About the role
The Team Leader – Regional Area is responsible for profitably managing the First Aid & Mental Health training delivery for a specified region. This role is accountable for driving performance, managing the sites and staff within their area, improving the quality of delivery, and achieving designated Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators while ensuring compliance.
This role involves transforming and optimising training activities and building a profitable business within the region by delivering training and development programs that meet the varied needs of clients and customers. Additionally, the role will focus on building and developing a team of highly skilled and motivated trainers who contribute to a seamless and rewarding customer journey.
What you will bring
- Operational and management experience in training, with the ability to deliver high-quality training outcomes for customers.
- Leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Financial acumen to achieve monetary and contractual targets and business growth.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a diverse group of people, including service delivery colleagues to develop plans & funding proposals for projects / programs.

This role is covered by the Educational Services (Post-Secondary education) Award – General Staff, level 6. Salary from $73,106.37 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
