About the role

In this role you will provide vital customer service, administrative, training and systems support that underpins the volunteer and member experience at Red Cross. Your varied duties will  includes inbox management, volunteer and member enquiries as well as branch support.  

What you will bring

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid administrative skills and database experience
  • The ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Experience in working with and supporting volunteers and/or members
  • Working with Children Check
  • Australian Driver Licence

Further information 

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Salary from $73,823.36 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
