About the role
This role offers you variety and the ability to draw on a broad range of talents to make it your own. In a dynamic work environment, the Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative, secretarial and project management support.
Responsibilities include producing correspondence, communications, presentations, Committee/Board paper reports both of a general and confidential nature on behalf of the WA State Director and Divisional Advisory Board.
About you
You will be an experienced executive assistant or a personal assistant looking to take the next step into an executive assistant role. You will be reliable, professional and customer focused preferably within non-government organisations and community service. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and can-do attitude will be key to managing competing priorities and working collaboratively with other executive offices and teams.
You will also bring:
- Ability to work under general direction from senior employees, independently, prioritise, use initiative, and exercise discretion.
- Excellent organisational abilities with experience managing complex schedules, coordinating multiple tasks, and prioritising effectively to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective influencing and negotiating ability.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- An understanding of budget processes and financial data, basic financial reporting and reconciliations highly regarded.
- Track record in coordinating multiple projects, using skills such as attention to detail, monitoring and analysing across projects to ensure team outcomes are delivered.

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4. Salary from $85,145.84 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
