About the role
The Project Coordinator performs day to day tasks associated with the provision of project delivery, coordination, and administration; contributing to the end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives.
What you will bring
• Sound discipline knowledge gained through experience in workforce management, HR information systems and Project Management
• Administrative/personal assistant and project management experience
• Intermediate systems knowledge in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Teams etc
• Sound analytical skills and research skills with the ability to identify trends and prepare project briefs to support informed decision-making and planning
• Ability to identify opportunities to streamline and optimise processes and systems to improve efficiencies and reduce risk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4. Salary from $85,145.84 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
