About the role

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing competent and professional support to the Emergency Services team in Northern NSW. Key tasks include ensuring the seamless operation of the office providing administrative support to staff and volunteers, financial accounts and record keeping, project work, property maintenance co-ordination, organisation of events and functions as well as liaising with members, volunteers and clients.

What you will bring

  • High level administration and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills including EXCEL, MS Office, spread sheet, publishing and data base skills
  • Proven customer service skills required to work effectively with a broad range of people
  • Demonstrated capacity to be proactive and show initiative
  • Experience in community services or related fields is highly desirable

Further information

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Salary from $73,823.36 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
