Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and quality control measures
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to housekeeping staff
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
• Work alongside the housekeeping team while covering supervisor shifts
• Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold brand standards and respond to guest requests with professionalism

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience OR at least 1.5 years in housekeeping in a similar style property
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to foster positive internal relationships
• Advanced English communication skills (multilingual abilities are a plus)
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and chemical handling
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Shift Schedule Expectations:

• Rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Morning shifts: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Late shifts (as required): 2:00pm – 11:00pm or 3:00pm – 12:00am
