Food and Beverage Attendant - Host

The Role

• Casual loading on all hourly rates! Base rate of $24.98. With Loadings: Monday - Friday $31.23ph, Saturday $37.47ph, Sunday $43.72ph
• Supportive and fun team

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Assisting with menu recommendations, including dietary requirements and beverage options.
• Managing reservations and bookings, ensuring seamless communication.
• Answering phone enquiries regarding venue offerings and availability.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
• Maintaining high hygiene and service standards in dining and event spaces.
• Preparing and resetting the event space before and after functions.
• Overseeing guest flow and assisting wait staff as needed.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued.
• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and venue policies.

What We’re Looking For

• A charismatic and energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding guest service.
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
