Purpose

As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to maximize Mantra Melbourne Epping's brand awareness and drive sales conversion through effective marketing campaigns and customer experience programs.

Primary Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of the Mantra Melbourne Epping brand to ensure consistency, timeliness and focus. This includes:

Managing a digital asset library for the brands and hotel
Managing brand creative assets including campaign creative, digital assets and hotel collateral
Contributing to main brand and overseeing subsidiary brand strategies including outlets and venues
Creation and execution of local marketing campaigns

Skills and Experience

Strong organisational and project management abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of emerging industry trends
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing software and tools
