The property has a range of accommodation across 146 spacious rooms from studio style to that of two bedroom. Street front District Dining Restaurant, and event spaces catering up to 100. Purpose

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

The Role:

• Full Time Role. $28.87 per hour + penalties & Super
• Free Parking next to the hotel
• Monthly Team Lunch, competitions and social gatherings

Primary Responsibilities

• Take charge during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example.
• Collaborate with your team to inspire motivation and achieve exceptional results together.
• Contribute to creating schedules, supporting team development, and aligning departmental efforts.
• Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment becomes a memory and every experience tells a story.
• When challenges arise, demonstrate your ability to turn obstacles into opportunities.
• Guide your team in achieving service excellence while actively seeking information to enhance your product knowledge.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
• Prior history of leading teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• A commitment to delivering exceptional events at the hotel, from setup to teardown.
• Possession of a valid NSW RSA 
• A strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and effectively leading a team of diverse professionals.
