Property Manager

Purpose
Accor Realty is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for a 12 month maternity leave contract.
This will be a Monday to Friday role with a total of 20 hours per week.
We value flexibility and are proud to offer a ‘Work Your Way’ approach. In this role, you will have the option to adjust your working hours and enjoy 1-2 work-from-home days per week.
You will be the vital support beam for managing a small portfolio end-to-end of around 40 apartments based onsite at The Watson in Walkerville. You will be the beacon of efficient and effective communication, ensuring owners, tenants, and contractors are always in the loop. You will carry out all necessary duties for the portfolio including trust accounting in strict accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, to keep our property management endeavours running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Effectively promote rental properties
- Effectively resolving escalated enquiries and concerns
- Efficient scheduling and conducting of inspections, preparing and distributing tenancy agreements
- Assume responsibility for all trust accounting functions, diligently upholding compliance with legislative and licensing prerequisites
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years working in Property Manager and looking after a portfolio
- Experience with Trust Accounting, daily banking, end of month processing etc
- Current SA Real Estate Certificate
- Sound knowledge of legislation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience using Console Cloud, Snug, REI Forms or other Property Management Software is beneficial
- Proficient in using RP Data & confident with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Competence in managing Residential Tenancy Disputes, including handling insurance claims, lodgement procedures, and representing cases at the Administrative Tribunal, as required by the specific state's regulations
