Sales and Marketing Manager

Purpose

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will spearhead a dynamic team to drive revenue expansion, elevate brand visibility, and optimise overall hotel performance and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Executing sales strategies for the property across all market segments
• Have a complete understanding of the properties sales vision; its products, services, and rate structure to fulfil business objectives
• Actively sell all attributes of the property including Conference facilities and Food and Beverage features
• Review weekly forecasts and market share reports and actively participate in ensuring business levels and market share is maintained
• Act as primary point of contact for the property including the coordination and leadership of site inspections to assist conversion

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience within a hospitality based sales and marketing role
• Experience in working with owners and senior management
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and presentation
• Excellent leadership skills and able to manage a diverse team
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and capitalise on emerging opportunities
