We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Casual Room Attendant Talent Pool, working across a range of Mantra, Peppers, and BreakFree properties in the stunning Surfers Paradise area.

Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you will be a key member of our Housekeeping team, ensuring our rooms sparkle with cleanliness and attention to detail. Beyond maintaining our high standards, you’ll contribute to a seamless guest experience by supporting your team and responding to guest needs.

What we are looking for:

• A strong eye for detail and dedication to high standards
• Availability to work on an ad hoc basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Flexibility to work across a variety of properties in the Surfers Paradise region
• Reliable transport to and from work
• A positive can-do attitude
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (a bonus, but not essential)
