Key Account Manager

Purpose
This role drives performance across the leisure and corporate segments for our Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio of properties. The role will focus on developing and implementing strategies for the leisure market segment and designated key accounts and developing new opportunities for both leisure and corporate market segments. Hybrid working arrangement offered.
Location either Sydney or Gold Coast.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive segment and account performance by strengthening relationships with our partners by acting as the key point of contact for the accounts in your designated portfolio.
- Develop and implement account and action plans for accounts in line with Accor's commercial strategy
- Utilize regular data analysis to Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and incremental business and implement action plans accordingly.
- Assist with developing a leisure activity & engagement calendar
- Analysing campaign performance using a data-driven approach and providing budget recommendations for hotel activations
- Represent Accor at regional and national Trade events, special events and networking functions
- Assist with tactical campaigns and marketing activations with partners.
- Contracting corporate accounts and assisting RFP season
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential.
- Extensive hotel industry experience with excellent presentation skills and relationships with key industry bodies and agencies.
- Computer proficiency in Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Salesforce web-based applications.
- Process and data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Previous experience with OTA’s (cost per click marketing) and Leisure Agencies preferred but not essential.
