Are you ready to elevate your career in strata management? PICA Group is on the hunt for a passionate Strata Manager to join our GK team, conveniently located in Sydney’s vibrant CBD. You'll be at the helm of managing a portfolio of residential buildings, and we want you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to our dynamic team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building Relationships: Become a trusted advisor by cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding them through all strata-related matters.
  • Leading Meetings: Take the lead in Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, helping shape the community’s future with your insightful guidance.
  • Budget & Documentation Mastery: Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes with the full backing of our specialized departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Strata Legislation Expert: Use your knowledge of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws, keeping everything on the right track.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Oversee insurance policies, coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.


About you:

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Strata Manager (or Trainee) and some knowledge of residential portfolios. You know the legislation and can communicate this to people who might not understand as much as you.
  • You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions and love turning detractors into promoters.
  • You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and other’s) success.
  • You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office, and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
