We’re currently seeking a proactive and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Adina Apartment Hotel Chippendale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take their DIY skills to the next level and make a real impact every day.

About the Role

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and presentation of our 42-room hotel. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all maintenance operations, including:

• Overseeing and executing preventative maintenance programs
• Planning and managing departmental expenditure
• Responding to daily repair and maintenance requests
• Carrying out general building upkeep including gardening, painting, patching, minor plumbing, carpentry, and pool maintenance

This is a hands-on, tools-on role that requires initiative, independence, and a strong sense of ownership.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within hospitality, aged care, or commercial buildings
• Appropriate Industry Trade Qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
